The Rocky Mountain Top III and Rising VI hosted a speed mentoring session for 310th Space Wing enlisted Airmen, Sept. 11.

Twenty-five senior NCO mentors paired up with 28 NCOs and junior enlisted Airmen seeking career advice. The mentees had three minutes to ask their questions before moving to the next mentor.

“This is intended to be a jumping off point for development of mentoring and coaching relationships between experienced members of the Top III and those members of the Rising VI seeking personal and professional growth and development insight,” said Chief Master Sgt. Michael Baumgartner, the 310th Operations Group senior enlisted leader.

The Top III and Rising VI are private organizations made up of enlisted Airmen from across the 310th Space Wing. Members of the former represent the top three highest enlisted ranks the latter’s members are made up the preceding ranks.

“We had very positive feedback, which included some constructive criticism regarding timing, location and ideas for improvement that we will consider for future events like this,” said Baumgartner.
