310 SW hosts annual awards banquet
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. --
The 310th Space Wing held its 18th annual awards banquet March 4 at the Antler's Hilton Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colo.
The 310 SW nominees included Airmen, civilians and squadrons from Schriever, Buckley, Peterson and Vandenberg Air Force Bases.
The ceremony was hosted by Col. Damon S. Feltman, 310 SW commander. The guest speaker was retired Gen. Robert H. "Doc" Foglesong.
The following are the annual award winners:
Airman of the Year, Senior Airman Christian Ramos, 9th Space Operations Squadron
Noncommissioned Officer of the Year, Staff Sgt. Mari Moxley, Reserve National Security Space Institute
Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year, Master Sgt. Andrea Damm, Reserve National Security Space Institute
Company Grade Officer of the Year, Capt. Michael May, 9th Space Operations Squadron
Civilian Category II of the Year, Joseph Platt, 310th Force Support Squadron
Civilian Supervisor Category II of the Year, Christopher Distaso, 7th Space Operations Squadron
Commander Support Staff of the Year, Senior Airman Jonathan Rothe, Detachment 1, 8th Space Warning Squadron
