AMMAN, Jordan (AFNS) -- U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. CQ Brown, Jr. traveled to Jordan Jan. 7-8 and met with Brig. Gen. Mohammad Hiyasat, Royal Jordanian Air Force commander, to reaffirm the robust U.S.-Jordan security partnership.
The leaders exchanged views on the regional security situation and agreed on the importance of deepening both bilateral and multilateral cooperation in pursuit of common objectives.
Brown thanked Hiyasat for Jordan’s regional leadership role and key contributions to security and stability.
