CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT SARAH A. FAITH Chief Master Sgt. Sarah A. Faith is the Command Chief of the 310th Space Wing, Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. She advises the commander on all matters relating to readiness, training, professional development, force utilization, operations tempo, health, morale, welfare, and leadership of the enlisted members of the wing. She serves as the functional manager to the first sergeants within the wing and serves as the commander’s representative on councils, boards, and selected events within the military and civilian communities. Chief Faith enlisted in the Air Force in January 1997, and graduated from the Health Service Management Apprentice Course in April 1997. She spent 11 years on active duty with numerous assignments in Healthcare Administration. In 2007, she left active duty and continued her career as a traditional reservist in the Air Force Reserves. Chief Faith has filled a myriad of roles, to include Director of Executive Services, Headquarters, Pentagon, Washington D.C. and first sergeant in numerous units. Prior to this assignment, Chief Faith was the Command First Sergeant for Air Force Reserve Command.
