COLONEL ADAM H. FISHER

Col. Adam H. Fisher is the Commander, 310th Space Wing, Schriever Space Force Base Colorado. As the commander, Colonel Fisher directs the operations and staff activities of the Department of Defense's only Space Wing executing six distinct space operations missions and agile combat support. In this role, he leads 1,400+ personnel across 18 squadron, 3 groups, on 4 host bases.

Col. Fisher entered the Air Force as a Distinguished Reserve Officer Training Corps Graduate from Colorado State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has severed in a variety of operational, test, and staff positions during his career in the Regular and Air Force Reserve components including operational assignments in Global Positioning System, Space Aggressors, Space Operational Test and Evaluation, and Space Based Infrared System (SIBRS), and staff duty as the Deputy Chief, Plans and Requirements Division, Headquarters Air Force, the Pentagon.

Prior to this assignment he served as the Deputy Commander for the 310th Space Wing and as the Senior Acquisition IMA and Reserve Advisor to the Enterprise Architect, National Reconnaissance Office where, while deployed, he was responsible for developing cross organizational relationships between the National Reconnaissance Office, United States European Command, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, and Service Components across the full range of combined and joint military operations.
