COLONEL PAMELA J. LINCOLN

Colonel Pamela J. Lincoln is the Vice Wing Commander of the 310th Space Wing, Air Force Reserve Command, Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado. As Vice Commander, she assists the commander in leading nearly 900 military personnel supporting multiple military and civilian organizations in a wide variety of space operations with systems valued at more than $46 billion. The wing is also responsible for providing support to Air Force Space Command's security forces missions, the National Security Space Institute and the Network Operations Security Center.

Colonel Lincoln received her commission from Officer Training School in 1989. She served on active duty in various assignments until 1998 when she joined the Air Force Reserve. She has been previously certified to instruct and evaluate operations for the Minuteman II and Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, the Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite, and the SPACEAF Aerospace Operations Center, currently known as the Joint Space Operations Center. As commander of the 19th Space Operations Squadron, she led the unit in the activities to test, develop and employ the modernized GPS launch and early orbit and command and control systems. She built the inspector general program for the activation of the 310th Space Wing. She served as technical director of Air Force Lessons Learned and Deputy Director of Analytic Foundation and Integration where her staff provided the Secretary of the Air Force, the Chief of Staff of the Air Force and Deputy Chiefs of Staff with superior decision-aiding data, scenarios and analyses. Colonel Lincoln served as a working group chairman on the Air Force Reserve Command Human Resources Development Committee.
