Chief Master Sergeant Todd M. Scott is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, 310th Space Wing, Schriever Air Force Base, Colo. Chief Scott advises the commander on all matters relating to readiness, training, professional development, force utilization, operations tempo, health, morale, welfare and leadership of the enlisted members of the wing. He performs as the functional manager to the first sergeants within the wing and serves as the commander's representative on councils, boards, and selected events within the military and civilian communities.


Chief Scott enlisted in the United States Air Force in October 2000 after a cross service transfer from the United States Navy. He attended technical training at Vandenberg AFB, Calif., graduating in May 2011 as a distinguished graduate. He was assigned to the 19th Space Operations Squadron where he was a part of the initial cadre of Global Positioning System (GPS) subject matter experts tasked with the test and transition of the GPS legacy command & control system to the Architecture Evolution Plan, an $850M upgrade to the GPS control segment. Chief Scott was also assigned to Headquarters Air Force Space Command's A3 Directorate as the Superintendent of the GPS Operations Branch. As a civilian, he is a Staff Systems Engineer employed by Infinity Systems Engineering on the Lockheed Martin GPS Flight Operations Group, which supports the 2nd Space Operations Squadron maintaining the GPS satellite constellation. He formerly supported the Lockheed Martin GPS III acquisition effort as the requirements lead for the Hosted Payload Element. Prior to Chief Scott’s current position, he was the Chief Enlisted Manager at theHeadquarters Reserve National Security Space Institute (RNSSI), Peterson AFB, Colo. The RNSSI is a direct report unit to the 310th Space Wing at Schriever AFB, Colo. The RNSSI supports Air Force Space Command's Advanced Space Operations School (ASOpS) and Air Education and Training Command's National Security Space Institute (NSSI).
