Command Chief Master Sergeant Ericka E. Kelly Chief Master Sergeant Ericka Kelly is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. She represents the highest level of enlisted leadership in the command, advising the commander on all matters concerning the health, morale, welfare and effective management of more than 55,000 active duty and reserve enlisted members at more than 66 locations. Chief Kelly provides leadership and guidance as the commander's representative to numerous committees, councils, boards, military and civilian functions worldwide. Chief Kelly joined the Air Force in October 1987 and has served numerous assignments as a medical technician, aeromedical evacuation craftsman and other leadership positions in the medical technician career field and served honorably in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In May 1993, Chief Kelly transferred to the Air Force Reserve and deployed twice in support of Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom. She has led two Air Force Reserve wings as the top enlisted advisor for the 452nd Air Mobility Wing, March Air Reserve Base, California, and recently, the 349th Air Mobility Wing, Travis Air Force Base, California, before assuming her current position at Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.
