310th Space Wing honors Reservists at annual awards banquet

As part of its celebration of its 70th anniversary, the 310th Space Wing honored its Reservists at its annual awards banquet at the Antlers Hilton in Colorado Springs, Colo., on March 2.
The annual event recognizes the wing's top performers of the previous year and also included a guest speaker and an honored guest.
Motivating the audience with stories and life experiences, Chief Master Sergeant (retired) Bob Vásquez was the guest speaker at the banquet. Vasquez is currently the course director for the freshman character development seminar at the U.S. Air Force Academy's Center for Character and Leadership Development as well as an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado at Colorado Spring.
The wing also was honored by the presence of a legacy member of the 310th.
Special guest Marion Hall was introduced and recognized during the awards banquet for his service in the 380th Bombardment Squadron, 310th Bombardment Group, in 1942, right after the group was activated. Mr. Hall held the rank of sergeant as a B-25 aircraft mechanic
