310th Change of Command set for July 12 Published July 7, 2014 By Lt. Col. David R. Fruck 310th Space Wing Public Affairs SCHRIEVER AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Col. Damon S. Feltman will become the new commander of the 310th Space Wing during a Change of Command ceremony scheduled for 10 a.m., July 12. Feltman will assume command from Col. Jeffrey T. Mineo, who will be taking on a new assignment at Luke Air Force Base, Ariz. Feltman's most recent assignment was as Deputy Director, Training Programs Management, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. He previously served in the 310th as 19th Space Operations Squadron commander from September 2010 to June 2012.
