Air Force Reserve Brig. Gen. Karen A. Rizzuti watches AF Reserve Col. Jeffrey T. Mineo as he toasts an anxious audience March 1, 2014, moments before the official start of the 310th Space Wing's Combat Dining In/Annual Awards Ceremony at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo.
