BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Col. Traci Kueker-Murphy, 310th Space Wing commander, passes the 710th Operations Group guidon to Col. Daniel Bourque during the activation ceremony of the group at Buckley AFB on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017.
