Retired astronaut engages Schriever Airmen
Retired NASA astronaut, Peggy Whitson, speaks with Schriever Airmen during a meet and greet luncheon in the Satellite Dish dining facility at Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado, July 31, 2018. Whitson spoke then answered questions relating to her long-duration tours of duty aboard the International Space Station. Altogether, she has accumulated 665 days in space, the most for any U.S. astronaut and eighth on the all-time space endurance list at the time of her return to Earth.
