SCHRIEVER AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. — Maj. Gen. Ronald “Bruce” Miller, 10th Air Force commander, hands the 310th Space Wing guidon to Col. Dean D. Sniegowski, incoming 310th SW commander, during a change of command ceremony, Nov. 3rd, 2018.
